Section 37-1-6301-01001-207 - Super Load Permit1. An owner/operator of a motor vehicle may apply to MDOT to purchase a Super Load Permit. The Super Load Permit may contain one or more permits, i.e. overweight and/or oversize.2. Various conditions are required to move a Super Load, including, but not limited to, escort, flags, and lights.3.
