Section 37-1-6301-01001-205 - Single Trip Overweight Permit

An owner/operator of a motor vehicle may apply to MDOT to purchase an Overweight Permit. An Overweight Pernit allows the carrier to move a load on a predetermined route that may be overweight but of legal dimensions in size (i.e., height and width).
