It is the policy of the MDOT to ensure agency and subrecipient compliance, to the greatest extent possible, with each of the various provisions by requiring execution and submission of updated certifications and assurances; through Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) and administrative rules as well as policies and procedures that are based on guidance provided by or through federal agencies including but not necessarily limited to:
* Federal Transit Administration,
* U.S. Department of Transportation; and
* U.S. Department of Labor
