Rule 32-101-3.2 - Regularly Scheduled MeetingsA. The Board will hold four (4) regular meetings annually with the dates of these meetings being set for the next fiscal year at the first meeting held after July 1 of each year.B. The secretary to the Board will be required to post notice of regular meetings at all MIB facilities at least fifteen (15) calendar days prior to the meeting date and to distribute the same notice to other agencies and organizations as designated by the Board.C. The date of a regularly scheduled meeting can only be changed by agreement of a majority of Board members and must be published in the same manner with the new time, date, and place of the next regularly scheduled meeting at least five (5) working days prior to said meeting.32 Miss.
