Section 32-10-5-5.4 - Determinations By Officials Of Other Agencies

Determinations made by officials of other agencies, particularly education officials responsible for the public education of students with disabilities, regarding whether an individual is an individual with a disability, shall be used, to the extent appropriate, in assisting OVR/OVRB counselors in making eligibility determinations for VR services. ⁵⁴
