In accordance with the requirements of the Rehabilitation Act Amendments of 1998, MDRS will advise all individuals with disabilities seeking or receiving services through the Department, or their authorized representative, of the availability and purpose of the Client Assistance Program (CAP), including the means to seek CAP assistance.
