Rule 31-503-1.3 - Scope of Declaratory Opinions

The Crime Lab will issue declaratory opinions regarding the applicability to specified facts of:

1. a statute administered or enforceable by the Crime Lab,

2. a rule promulgated by the Crime Lab, or

3. an order issued by the Crime Lab.
