Rule 31-301-4.1 - Purpose1. This section establishes policy and procedures governing the classification of "not eligible for certification" or the reprimand, suspension (under conditions imposed by the board), recall or cancellation of the professional certificate of a law enforcement officer. This section also establishes the policy and procedures for board hearings for anyone aggrieved of a finding by the staff or to make special requests for relief under board policies.31 Miss. Code.
