Rule 31-2-12.28 - ProcedureInformation is released to the public in one of several ways:
1. The sheriff of each county is required to keep current information on sexual offenders residing in that county and to make it available to any person upon request as specified in Miss. Code Ann. § 45-33-49.2. Individuals may request the information in writing from the MSOR.3. The public may access information maintained on the MSOR web site on the Internet at the following address: www.sor.mdps.state.ms.us31 Miss. Code. R. 2-12.28
