Rule 31-1-6.9 - Facial Recognition1. The following procedures are to be adhered to regarding facial recognition: a. If or when a photo is taken and the match meter is green', continue with the process of applicant.b. If or when a photo is taken and the match meter is yellow', proceed with caution. If questionable, ask for additional identification.c. If or when a photo is taken and the match meter is red', use extreme caution. Ask for additional identification. If examiner still cannot determine positive identification, contact immediate supervisor.
