Rule 31-1-2.10 - Driver Education Students1. It shall be the responsibility of the District Supervisor to go to the approved schools to administer the learner's permit test to the driver education students.2. A driver education class should have a minimum of twenty (20) students before tests are given at a school.3. If a school is not listed on the approved list, check with the Driver Services Bureau Director's office to see if approval had been given after the approved list was issued.4. If a driver education student lives out-of-state, but attends a Mississippi school, write in RED ink on the application and learner's permit. DO NOT ISSUE MISSISSIPPI DRIVER LICENSE without a Mississippi state address.
