Rule 30-901-3.9 - Reconsideration of Action on an Application1. Reconsideration request - An applicant may request reconsideration of a denial of application if request is based on additional information or evidence which could affect the Board's decision.2. Time limit for reconsideration - A reconsideration request must be made within sixty (60) days after notice of denial has been mailed.3. Personal appearance - An applicant may file a written request to appear before the Board to support the presentation of the additional information or evidence.
