Rule 30-901-15.2 - Notification of Expiration Certificate Date and Amount of Renewal Fee Required

Each licensee will be mailed a notice of the expiration date and the amount of the annual renewal fee. Such notice will be sent to the address of record by first class mail at least one month prior to the expiration date.

The renewal fee is set by an order of the Board in accordance with and subject to the limitations of the statute.
