An applicant who engages in any act that could result in discipline or revocation of an active licensure will have their application terminated from further consideration for a license. The applicant will be notified by certified mail of the Board's action in such a case, and will be given the opportunity for a hearing before the Board should the applicant wish to request reconsideration by the Board.
