When the applicant is a graduate of doctoral level training program outside of the United States or Canada the applicant must provide a transcript evidencing that the applicant has received a doctoral degree from a program of psychology that meets recognized acceptable professional standards as determined by the Board.
Such transcript shall bear the official seal or mark of the registrar of the educational institution. It is the responsibility of the applicant to see that such record is sent directly from the institution to the Board office. No action will be taken on any application until such transcript is received.
