The Board shall meet at least four times annually, once each quarter, at a time to be arranged for the convenience of the members. The Chair or the majority of the board may call a special meeting at any time in order to conduct business which may arise, and which will not conveniently wait until the next regularly scheduled meeting of the Board. Notice of meeting will be posted on the Board website.
