The Executive Secretary shall cause the notices for renewal of licensure to be sent out to each licensed psychologist annually during the month of April. Each licensed psychologist shall return the properly competed renewal form and renewal fee. A license will lapse if the renewal fee is not paid by June 30. A licensee granted a license at any time during a fiscal year shall be required to renew his/her license for the succeeding year in accordance with this paragraph. Miss Code Ann § 73-31-9
