Rule 30-301-7.2 - Scope of Declaratory Opinions

The Mississippi Athletic Commission will issue declaratory opinions regarding the applicability to specified facts of:

A. a statute administered or enforceable by the Commission,

B. a rule promulgated by the Commission, or

C. an order issued by the Commission.
