Rule 30-301-1.9 - MatchmakersA. There shall be a licensed matchmaker for each event.B. Matchmaker applicant must have sufficient experience with making competitive matches.C. Promoters may act as matchmaker if they are qualified.D. The matchmaker shall be responsible for making fairly matched bouts.E.
