Rule 30-2810-2.2 - Temporary Permits for Endorsement Applicants

A temporary permit to practice nursing for a 90 day period may be issued to applicants for licensure by endorsement upon submission of application and fee. Temporary permits may be renewed by the board in extraordinary situations. A fee may be required.
