Rule 30-2501-9.5 - Disclosure of Information to StudentsProspective students are entitled to sufficient data which will assist them with making informed decisions regarding training opportunities and institutions. A school is therefore obligated to provide sufficiently detailed data in advance of enrollment to enable prospective students to clearly understand their opportunities, limitations, and obligations. The following information must be fully disclosed to prospective students prior to enrollment and prior to the signing of an enrollment contract or agreement.
B.* Admission RequirementsD.* Grading System Used By the SchoolG.* Objectives of the Programs of StudyH.* Licensing Requirements for JobsI.* Student Support ServicesJ.* Campus Security PolicyK.* School's Refund PolicyL.* Withdrawal ProceduresM.* Tuition and Fees (what is/is not included)N.* The percentage of students who have completed their program of study within 150% of the normal time for completion of or graduation from the program of study.O.* The percentage of your graduates employed in their field of study or related field, within six months after completion of or graduation from their program of study.P.* The percentage of student mastery of stated program of study goals.Q.* A list of post-secondary educational institutions that have accepted credit from your institution.R.* Complaint policy to resolve issues between students and school and staff. * Those items listed above that are marked with an asterisk may be disclosed via the student catalog.
The items listed above that are not marked with an asterisk must be provided separately from the student catalog and enrollment contract or agreement. This information must be maintained by the school for verification of compliance with this regulatory requirement.
