Rule 30-2501-8.7 - Reinstatements Following Disciplinary ActionA. Any person or school whose license or provisional permit has been suspended as a result of a disciplinary action may totally reapply for licensure, including payment of all fees, one (1) year after the revocation of the license unless otherwise provided in a Board order. All current requirements for licensure must be met.B. The Board may, at its discretion, grant reinstatement of the license following a disciplinary appeal.30 Miss. Code. R. 2501-8.7
