Rule 30-2501-5.2 - Administrative AppealA. Where the Board refuses to grant, or renew a license or revokes or suspends a license, an opportunity for a hearing shall be afforded before final action by the Board. The Board may designate any competent person(s) to preside at such hearing.B. After the administrative hearing, the Board will notify the individual of its final decision.C. An individual may appeal the decision of the Board to the Circuit Court of Hinds County.D. An applicant may appeal the decision of the Circuit Court to the Mississippi Supreme Court.30 Miss. Code.
