Rule 30-2401-9.4

Price lists must reflect the prices that the funeral establishment or provider will actually charge the consumer for the funeral goods and services selected. Price Lists shall contain the information included in:

Appendix I - General Price List;

Appendix II - Casket Price List, Outer Burial Container Price List
