The Administrator may issue a temporary funeral service or funeral directing work permit before a license is granted, prior to the next regular meeting of the Board, if in the Administrator's opinion, the applicant for reciprocal license has met all requirements state above. Before a permanent license may be issued the applicant must meet with the Board at the next regularly scheduled meeting after the issuance of the work permit. Failure to meet the Board shall deem the application for reciprocity as abandoned. The temporary permit shall expire at the next regular meeting of the Board.
