Rule 30-2201-8.4 - Disciplinary AppealA. Appeals from disciplinary action are to be brought in the circuit court in the county of residence of the individual. In the event the individual resides out of state the appeal should be brought in Hinds County Circuit Court.B. An individual may appeal the decision of the circuit court to the Mississippi Supreme Court.C. Further appeal shall be pursuant to any remedies available at law.30 Miss. Code. R. 2201-8.4
