Rule 30-203-6.8 - Disciplinary Actions

The IDAC shall follow the disciplinary procedures in the Rules and Regulations of the Mississippi State Board of Architecture (Title 30, Part 201, Chapter 5), to the extent that such Rules and Regulations are consistent with the Laws, Rules, and Regulations for certified interior designers.
