All information as to the rules of practice concerning all formal and informal proceedings is available by reviewing the rules and regulations of the IDAC currently on file with the Secretary of State or by reviewing Miss. Code Ann.§ 73-73-1 et seq. These documents are also provided on the IDAC's website or by submitting a written request to the IDAC.B. The IDAC and its committees generally meet quarterly at the IDAC's office, the address of which is provided in Rule 6.3 A. The meeting schedule is available upon request or on the IDAC's website.
