Failure to fulfill the continuing education requirements and to file a properly completed and signed annual report shall result in non-renewal of the architect's certificate of registration.
Submission of a false statement in regard to continuing education could subject the licensee to discipline for a violation of this section as well as Miss Code Ann. § 73-1-29(b) and/or Rule 4.4.5.
