The notice shall inform the accused of the facts which are the basis of the complaint and which are specific enough to enable the accused to defend against the complainant. The notice of the complaint shall also inform the accused of the following:
1. The time, date, and the location of the hearing;2. That the accused may appear personally at the disciplinary hearing and may be represented by counsel; and3. That the accused shall have the right to produce witnesses and evidence on the individual's behalf and shall have the right to cross-examine adverse witnesses and evidence.30 Miss. Code.
