Rule 30-1801-1.1 - DefinitionsA. Board- The "Board" is the State Board of Barbers as established by Mississippi Code of 1972, Section 5-73-5-1, as amended. B. School- A "school" is any establishment licensed by the Board where students are engaged in learning and acquiring a knowledge of the practice of barbering. C. Student- A "student" is any person registered with the Board of Barbers to pursue a course of study in barbering. D.
