Rule 30-1101-9.3 - Reinstatement of Lapsed Annual Registration

Any person whose registration has not been renewed by the payment of the required fees prior to the end of the current renewal year ending at midnight of December 31 shall be required to submit a new application along with all other required and relevant information and provide proof that s/he has successfully passed the ASBOG Practice of Geology examination prior to being considered for reinstatement as a RPG.
