The Ad Hoc Advisory Committee is created by the Board and to serve at the pleasure of the Board. The Board, by majority vote, may dissolve the committee in part or in whole. The Board will direct the agenda of the Committee. The Committee Chair must request Board authorization for specific items to be added to the Committee's scope of work if these items have not been previously assigned to the Committee by the Board.
