The order of business at all regular and special meetings shall be conducted in accordance with the Board's Agenda. No later than five (5) business days prior to the date of the next scheduled meeting, any Board Member may request items and/or issues to be placed upon the Agenda for the Board's review, consideration and/or vote. The Executive Secretary shall prepare a draft Agenda at least two (2) business days prior to any scheduled meeting for review of all Board Members. The final Agenda shall be adopted by formal Board action during each regular and special meeting.
