Section 3-3-01-108 - Documentary and Physical Submissions

Documentary and physical submissions presented by participants in an oral proceeding shall be submitted to the presiding officer. Such submissions become the property of the Office of the Attorney General, part of the rulemaking record, and are subject to the Office of the Attorney Generals public records request procedure.
