Rule 28-307-1.3 - Article III - Quorum - MinutesA. A majority of the Commissioners present shall constitute a quorum; all actions or resolutions of the Authority must be approved by the affirmative vote of not less than a majority of all Commissioners of the Authority.B. The Executive Director shall cause a tentative draft of the minutes of each meeting to be submitted to each Commissioner of the Authority, the Mississippi Development Authority and to the General Counsel within a reasonable time not to exceed 30 days after such meeting.
