Rule 28-307-1.1 - Article I - Office of the AuthorityA. The Principal office of the Mississippi State Port Authority (hereafter referred to as Authority) shall be at such location or locations within the City of Gulfport, Mississippi, as the Authority may, from time to time, designate.B.
