Rule 28-305-3.3 - Calculation of Overtime Pay

All time which is worked in excess of the forty (40) hour week shall constitute overtime and shall be paid at one and one-half the employee's regular rate. For purposes of calculating overtime, time not worked such as medical, annual, or holiday leave, shall not be counted.
