Rule 28-301-20.4 - ResponsibilityA. All MSPA officials and employees witnessing violations of the contents of this instruction are responsible to report said incidents to the Port Security Department.B. The Captain of Security/Facility security Officer, working in concert with security department employees, is responsible to ensure compliance with the Provisions of this instruction.C. The Dock Superintendent is responsible for the review of reports generated as the result of this instruction and to forward appropriate (repeat offender) reports to the Deputy Director of Operations/Facility Security Officer for possible further action.D. The Port Executive Director is the final arbiter of this instruction and reviews reports (repeat offenders) for possible administrative action(s). 28 Miss. Code. R. 301-20.4
