Outbound Cargo | 30 days |
Inbound Cargo | 30 days |
Outbound Cargo of 5,000 tons or greater | 45 days |
Inbound Cargo of 5,000 tons or greater when received within a 15 day period and upon prior written notification to the Port Authority | 45 days |
