Any person who shall knowingly allow his automobile or vehicle to remain parked in an area designated as reserved or a no parking zone shall be subject to fines, penalties, forfeiture, and/or impoundment for violation of the rules and regulations of said Port Authority. Any person found in violation of this tariff shall be subject to denial of vehicle access onto port.
