Section 27-240-II-2.3 - Annual Additions

"Annual Additions" means the sum of the following amounts credited to a Participant's Accumulation Account for the Limitation Year:

(a) Institution Plan Contributions;

(b) Participant Plan Contributions;

(c) all nondeductible employee contributions; and

(d) forfeitures; however, this Plan does not accept nondeductible employee contributions or provide for forfeitures.
