Upon proper written request, a Participant who has attained the age of 59 1/2 or older may elect to receive an in-service distribution provided that the Participant cancels all deferrals of compensation into the Plan before receiving such distribution. Participants, who meet the conditions of Article II, may later resume deferrals of compensation upon receipt by the Plan Administrator of a new Participation Agreement as set forth under Section 2.4.
