Section 27-220-I-1.2 - "Annual Deferral"

"Annual Deferral" means the amount of Compensation deferred, exclusive of any contributions under Sections 4.3 or 4.4, in any year pursuant to Sections 4.1 and 4.2 and deposited with the Board.
