For those agencies requesting MSPB assistance pursuant to 3.4.1, the appointing authorities will notify the MSPB Executive Director at least five (5) working days prior to all recruitment advertising, whether the advertising is donated, paid for by the agency, or sponsored and paid for by MSPB.
