Section 24-8-6-5 - Late Renewal Penalty

During the month of January, a Licensee submitting a late renewal application shall pay a Late Renewal Penalty Fee equal to one-half of the Renewal Fee ($25.00). See Chapter 5, Section 5, A., (3), p. 22.
