Rule 24-2-6.1 - Appeals Related to CertificationA. Any agency provider holding certification by DMH may appeal the following decisions and/or penalties:2. Any financial penalties invoked by DMH associated with noncompliance with the DMH Operational Standards and/or audit findings;3. Termination or Revocation of Certification and revocation decisions; and/or4. Denial of a complete application to maintain DMH provider certification (i.e., renewal application).B. Any agency provider applying for certification by DMH may appeal the following decisions and/or penalties:1. Denial of a complete application to become a DMH-certified agency provider.C. Appeals not received in the timelines as outlined below will not be processed.
