Rule 24-2-46.4 - Provision of Behavior Support In Conjunction with Other ServicesA. All providers must allow for implementation of the Behavior Support Plan in the service setting regardless of if another provider employs the Behavior Support personnel. All appropriate employees must receive training from the Behavior Consultant and/or Behavior Specialists from the Behavior Support agency provider.B. Behavior Support can be provided simultaneously with other waiver services if the purpose is to: 1. Conduct a Functional Behavior Assessment;2. Provide direct intervention; or3. Provide training to employees/parents on implementing and maintaining the Behavior Support Plan.
