Rule 24-2-36.1 - Written PlanA. The agency provider of the Consultation and Education Services must develop and implement a written plan to provide these services. The plan must include a range of activities for:1. Developing and coordinating effective mental health and substance use education, consultation, and public information services; and2. Increasing the community awareness of mental health and substance use related issues.
