Rule 24-2-32.6 - Program of Assertive Community Treatment Required ServicesA. Operating as a continuous treatment service, the PACT Team must have the capability to provide comprehensive treatment, rehabilitation, and support services as a self-contained service unit. Services must minimally include the following: 1. Service Coordination/Individual Treatment Team2. Crisis Assessment and Intervention3. Symptom Assessment and Management4. Medication Prescription, Administration, Monitoring, and Documentation5. Co-Occurring Substance Use Services7. Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)8. Social/Interpersonal Relationship and Leisure-Time Skill Training10. Community Support Services11. Education, Support, and Consultation for People's Families and other Major Supports
